Virtual Reality - Architectural
There are huge benefits to be gained for planned developments by utilising virtual reality.
By visualising proposed developments before any physical work has begun it is possible to harmonise the entire process.
Initial designs can be utilised to translate conventional plans into easily understandable 3D models. These models can then be used during the public consultation and planning application phases of the build. For larger projects, or sensitive public consultations, we utilise surveyors to map out the surrounding environments to ensure that our models are accurate to within 5mm. This achieves an uncompromising level of trust that what is being shown will accurately represent the finished article.
This technique has proved popular as it allows for the public to see what effects the new developments will have on views from their own home, and allows for the entire scale to be understood.
These models can then be utilised during logistical planning, and allow for the customer to fully understand what their new development will be. This is achieved by allowing the customers to navigate around the new development before it has been built. By experiencing the virtual environment, changes to final fixings can be made and costly and unnecessary delays will be avoided.
Whether the development is for the end user, or for an interim party, the utilisation of virtual reality can offer an unparalleled way to communicate. Enhanced communication directly translates into happier customers and larger profits.
